| Enrolment | Dickson College gives priority to students from its priority enrolment area. However students from anywhere in Canberra and the surrounding region are most welcome to enrol and compete equally for places after the closing date for acceptances have passed. Many students take advantage of this opportunity each year. We cater for a wide range of student needs and requirements both academically and socially. |

Enrolment application forms will be available from April in high schools. You will be asked to indicate your preferred choice of college.
Online college enrolment application for ACT government senior secondary colleges is available for students wishing to apply for Year 11 places. Year 12 enrolments should contact the college. You can also print an Application for Year 11 Placement form if you would prefer and submit it by post. |

| Friday 20 June 2008 | Applications for enrolments close. You must enrol online by this date. If you do not have access to the internet, please call in at the college and our staff will assist you. Students can also enrol online at their current high school. |
| 1 August 2008 | You will be advised of your official College placement by mail. If you accept this placement you will then need to confirm your acceptance in writing to the College. The closing date for the acceptance of College placements is 15 August 2008. After this date you will be asked to enrol formally at your College. This will include the selection of your units. |
| October/November | The Dickson College Student Services team meets with all students to discuss their course options. |
