VET (Vocational Education and Training) and ASBA (Australian School Based Apprenticeships)
Dickson College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that offers a variety of vocational courses where students can complete industry qualifications and certificates whilst completing their ACT Year 12 Certificate. Successful completion of all required competencies will provide a student with a vocational certificate recognised throughout Australia. Current courses offered:

Australian School Based Apprenticeships (ASBA)
These enable students to gain a vocational qualification whilst completing the ACT Year 12 Certificate. Students attend both school and work, going to a work placement for 8 hours each week, where they are paid a wage. The ASBA coordinator displays information about available apprenticeships in the Careers Room and can help students with any enquiries.
