The ACT Education Directorate has a Review and Appeal period. Specific details will be provided on the letter of offer that you receive from an ACT College.
Accepting an enrolment place at Dickson College for 2020
To finalise the enrolment process parents and carers must come into the college and bring documentation. The details of the requirements will be emailed to you with the offer of enrolment but will include: the student’s birth certificate or passport and proof of residence (current rates notice or rental agreement and a current utilities notice).
It is essential that families complete this process so that the Principal can plan for 2020, recruit staff and have the curriculum in place to meet student interests and needs.
The enrolment process requires three key items
1. A completed online enrolment application
2. A completed enrolment pack (papers emailed to you to complete and return to Dickson College by 4pm on Monday 19 August 2019). This alerts us to contact you for a class section interview.
3. Class selection (in person at Lyneham High, Campbell High or Dickson College for students transferring from other schools in the ACT, interstate or overseas)
Year 11, 2020 class selection interviews
