Overview:
Transition to college can be stressful, especially when you don't know how everything works. This session is primarily for parents and students new to the ACT Senior Secondary System and Dickson College. However, Year 12 parents who would like to know a little more to support their students in their final year of college are also welcome to attend online.
Participants will hear about various aspects of the ACT Education System and how this impacts students at Dickson College. The session will also include specific information about Dickson College's improvement priorities that students will be engaged with this year. Following this online presentation, there will be time to address questions from participants.
